Most Strata Nirvana pre purchase reports and pre-sale reports are completed within 3 business days. To request a report please provide your name, mobile number & email address and the property details.

If possible please attach the marketing contract provided by the real estate agent & confirm details of how you wish to pay.

Payments may be made by EFT upon receipt of our invoice

Payment upon settlement can be arranged but please discuss with us so arrangements can be made with your conveyancer.

Payment is required even if you do not proceed with the purchase.
